Are we the right fit for SALTO GTM?
The sweet spot is B2B SaaS or B2B tech companies between €1M and €30M ARR that have found product-market fit but don’t have a consistent, repeatable GTM motion yet. You probably have a founding team doing sales, or a small sales hire — but no senior GTM leader owning strategy and execution end-to-end.
If you’re pre-PMF and still iterating on the product, we’re probably not the right call yet. If you have a full in-house marketing team and a CMO, you likely don’t need us either. The gap we fill is the one between “founder-led everything” and “full GTM team hired.”
Do you work with companies outside Europe?
Yes. Europe is our primary market — we have the strongest network and case study base here — but we work with remote-first companies and English-speaking B2B SaaS companies globally. Geography isn’t a blocker. Stage and fit are.
If your ICP is English-speaking and your GTM motion is digital-first, we can build and run it regardless of where you’re based.
Why not just hire a full-time Head of Growth or CMO?
GTM·OS gives you the same strategic seniority, the full execution team behind it, and a running system — from month one. When you’re ready to hire internally, we support the handover. Most clients bring their GTM hire in after 9–12 months, once the motion is proven and the system is documented.
How is GTM·OS different from a traditional marketing agency?
We also don’t use AI as a writing tool. We architect AI agent ecosystems that do real operational work: prospect enrichment, hyper-personalization at scale, intent signal monitoring, and automated outreach. That’s not a feature most agencies can offer — it’s our core infrastructure layer.
What does the first 90 days actually look like?
Then we build: CRM architecture, outbound sequences, AI agent stack, content foundation. Depending on your package, the Build Phase runs 60–90 days. It’s fixed fee, fixed scope — no surprises.
From month 3 or 4, we shift to the Retainer Phase. We run the motion, optimize based on data, and report on pipeline — not vanity metrics. That’s when the performance component kicks in.
What's the minimum commitment?
We’re not in the business of locking clients into long contracts. If the system isn’t generating results, we’d rather have that conversation early than keep billing. The performance model is designed exactly for that: if we’re not producing, the math doesn’t work for either side.
